"Beyond Weight" offers a unique perspective on the subtleties of urban life, showcasing the keen observation and solid professional skills of the younger generation of creators. For the team, "Beyond Weight" holds significance beyond being a short film—it brings students from both countries together in Shanghai to foster friendship, exchange ideas, and share cultures, allowing them to see the East and the rest of the world.
The awarded two works fully demonstrates the fruitful educational achievements of SHNU in the field of film and television media education.
